Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your scheduled appointment, please give us 24 hrs notice in order to obtain a full refund. No refunds will be given for readings received. If you are unsatisfied with your reading please raise this with us at the time of the reading and we will do our very best to resolve any issues you may have. The law requires us to tell you that readings are for entertainment purposes only.
