Meet Carolyn

My Story

​My life has always been shaped by curiosity, creativity and the desire for meaningful transformation.

​

In the 1980s I stepped into the brand-new world of information technology, founding my own IT business in my twenties.

Over the years I rose to become Global Practice Lead for an international IT consultancy, specialising in business-strategy facilitation and creative thinking—helping large organisations envision change and map the steps to achieve it.

​

After reaching the top of my profession, I chose to make a series of major lifestyle changes.

I retrained as a community art facilitator, built a successful career as a health professional, and eventually moved to a remote island, where I founded the multi-award-winning Beach Gallery creative workshops.

These programs allowed people to reconnect with their own creativity and explore new ways of seeing themselves and the world.

Through every chapter, one thread has remained constant: a passion for creative thinking and meaningful personal growth.

That passion naturally drew me to the symbolism of tarot and the cycles of the moon—powerful tools for illuminating possibilities and guiding positive steps forward.

Today, through Clarity Insight, I bring these strands together:
the strategic clarity of my corporate career, the imaginative energy of community art, the perspective of a health professional, and the intuitive wisdom of tarot and moon astrology.
