Each module follows a familiar rhythm:
Opening Reflection → Guided Exploration → Insight Moment → Creative Activity → Closing Reflection, with optional Astrology (Moon phase) and Tarot reflections as gentle companions.

Module 1 – Clearing the Clouds

Seeing where you are now

​

Begin by exploring eight key areas of life – family & home, work & purpose, relationships, creativity, community, health, spirituality, and finances.

Through reflection and simple drawing, you create your Life Landscape: a set of “daisies” where each petal holds words, colours, or textures that show how that part of your life feels right now.

You end with an honest, compassionate snapshot of your present moment.

Module 2 – Finding the Light

Noticing what already shines

​

Shift your attention from what’s unclear or heavy to what already sustains you.

Return to your Life Landscape and gently highlight the petals that hold warmth, comfort, joy, or relief – a moment with a pet, the way light falls in your home, a daily ritual that calms you.

You begin to see that your life already contains many small sources of nourishment.

These become your foundation of gratitude and support.

Module 3 – Inviting the Horizon

Imagining how you want to feel when anything is possible

​

Here, you dream.

Let go of limitations – time, money, expectations – and imagine the emotional landscape of a life that feels expansive and true.

You create Horizon Maps or “horizon daisies”, where each petal and colour expresses feelings you long for: peace, freedom, connection, inspiration, joy.

This becomes a portrait of what your soul is quietly longing to invite.

Module 4 – Sensing the Way Forward

Exploring your desired feelings through the five senses

​

Now you bring those feelings into your body.

For each desired emotion, you ask:
What does it look like? Sound like? Smell like? What is its texture, temperature, atmosphere?

You gather these into a Sensory Compass Board – a collage or collection of colours, images, natural objects, and textures that embody your emotional world.

Your vision becomes something you can feel, not just think about.

Module 5 – Trusting the Vision

Nurturing belief and emotional trust

​

You deepen your relationship with your imagined life.

You spend time “standing inside” this emotional landscape, letting it feel familiar and safe.

Through a simple ritual, you create a Token of Trust – a small wrapped object, symbol, or mark that represents your quiet belief in this vision.

Here, imagination becomes faith. Your vision settles inside you as something real.

Module 6 – Preparing the Soil

Recognising and nurturing the conditions already present

​

Before anything grows, it needs the right conditions.

You look gently at your home, routines, relationships, energy, and environment, asking:
What already supports me? What needs a little more space, rest, or care?

You create a Soil/Resource Map – a visual reminder of the supports, strengths, and quiet resources that already exist in your life.

You see that you are not starting from nothing. You are working with an abundance that’s already in motion.

Module 7 – Tending the Garden

Turning inner clarity into gentle intention

​

Now you shape what you’ve discovered into simple, heart-centred intentions.

You choose the feelings or qualities that feel ready to grow and give them soft “I am…” statements – for example:
I am cultivating calm. I am creating space for connection. I am welcoming joy.

You create a Garden of Intentions Board, and may also choose a tiny symbolic action or sigil to honour each intention.

This is where clarity begins to move into your daily life, one small step at a time.

Module 8 – Walking in Clarity

Capturing and honouring what has been created

​

In your final module, you gather everything you’ve made – your daisies, maps, boards, tokens, and intentions – and bring them together into an Amber Map or Statement of Alignment.

This is a luminous snapshot of who you are becoming – your clarity held, like something precious, in a single moment.

You recognise how far you’ve travelled: from confusion to clarity, from questioning to quiet knowing, from imagining to living your truth.

How the Course Works

  • Format:
    Self-paced digital course with written guidance, reflective prompts, and creative invitations.

  • Rhythm:
    Each module is designed to be spacious. You can linger with one for a week, or simply move as your energy allows. There is no “deadline”.

  • Time per module:
    Around 60–90 minutes is a gentle guide (but some days you may only manage 20 minutes, and that is enough).

  • What you need:

    • Paper or a sketchbook

    • Pens, pencils, or a few colours (crayons, watercolours, markers – whatever you have)

    • Optional: magazines, glue stick, natural objects (pebbles, leaves, threads, fabric scraps)

  • Astrology & Tarot:
    Each module includes optional reflections using lunar phases and a tarot archetype.
    You don’t need to know anything about astrology or tarot to benefit – these are gentle companions, not tests.

  • Access:
    You can revisit the material as often as you wish. The journey is designed to be cyclical – something you can return to whenever life feels cloudy again.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be artistic?
No. Everything in this course is about expression, not skill. Your drawings and collages are private and symbolic – they are for you, not for display.

Do I need to know astrology or tarot?
Not at all. The lunar and tarot reflections are optional, written in everyday language, and there to gently deepen your understanding. You can skip them entirely and still receive the full benefit of the journey.

How long will the course take me?
You can move as slowly or as quickly as you need. Some people find a rhythm of one module a week helpful, but there is no deadline and no “falling behind”. You can revisit modules whenever you wish.

What if I feel overwhelmed or tired?
This course is designed to be kind to your energy. You’re invited to pause often, rest often, and do a little at a time. Even one question or one small drawing can be enough for a day.

Is this therapy?
No. This course is a reflective, creative, and spiritual process. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are in acute distress, it may be helpful to seek therapeutic support alongside gentle self-reflection.

Will this help me make big life decisions?
Indirectly, yes. The course won’t tell you what to do, but it will help you understand what you value, how you want to feel, and what supports you – which are the foundations for wise decisions.
