Each module follows a soothing rhythm of reflection, guided exploration, a creative activity, and a closing moment to integrate what you’ve discovered, with optional lunar and tarot reflections if you enjoy working symbolically. There is no pressure, no grading, and no need to be “artistic” - a scribble, a few torn scraps of paper, or a simple daisy drawing are more than enough. By the end, you’ll have a small set of kind, realistic intentions and a final “Amber Map” - a single piece that captures your clarity in this season of your life.
